A simple way to keep track of what key priorities need to be delivered by you for success, and what stakeholders you need to communicate to and listen back from to ensure that you are gaining traction with them on what you are achieving and broad understanding in communication of their support/knowledge of your achievements. You can then ask yourself “What ways will I communicate each month and listen to hear traction with my stakeholders on my or my team’s achievements?” This is recommended for you and your team in managing for the greatest positive impact.
